OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 20, 2002, pursuant to Sections 7 and 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased: (

a) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph (

b) to authorize the conveyance by deed or grant of a lot of Crown land containing 49.78+ hectares situate at Murchyville, Halifax County, to Carrie Ellen Wilson, her heirs, successors in title, administrators and assigns, the Crown land being more fully shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) in exchange for the Crown land noted in paragraph (

a) to accept on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia from Carrie Ellen Wilson, her heirs, successors in title, administrators, and assigns, two lots of land containing 38.04+ hectares situate at Murchyville and Shaw Little Lake, Halifax County, the said land being shown outlined in red on the plans marked

Schedule "B" and

Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

c) to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
