Order in Council 1336/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Susan de Avellar Schiller of Oakville be reappointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date of this Order in Council.
