OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act dated April 6, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act , is pleased to, effective April 25, 2018: (
a) appoint Jennifer Nicholson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board; (
b) appoint Stephen McGrath of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board; and (
c) order that the remuneration for each of Jennifer Nicholson and Stephen McGrath as a member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board be paid in accordance with Order in Council 2007-501 dated September 25, 2007.
