Order in Council 195/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Patrick Shea of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Patrick Shea was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective September 24, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1238/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1238/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
