OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 19, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kim MacKay-Jollimore, made pursuant to Order in Council 92-1014 dated October 6, 1992, while employed with the Department of Attorney General; and (
b) appoint Kim MacKay-Jollimore of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
