WHEREAS The Salvation Army Catherine Booth Bible College was incorporated by

An Act to incorporate The Salvation Army Catherine Booth Bible College , S.M. 1982-83-84, c. 101, and was continued as a corporation by The Salvation Army Catherine Booth Bible College Incorporation Act , R.S.M. 1990, c. 178; AND

WHEREAS the name of the college was changed to "The Salvation Army William and Catherine Booth College" by The Salvation Army Catherine Booth Bible College Incorporation Amendment Act , S.M. 1996, c. 76; AND

WHEREAS the purposes and objects of the corporation were defined, the college's right to affiliate with universities and colleges was clarified, and t he college's power to grant degrees was simplified by The Salvation Army William and Catherine Booth College Incorporation Amendment Act , S.M. 2002, c. 52; Attendu : que le Collège biblique Catherine Booth de l'Armée du Salut a été constitué en corporation par la Loi constituant en corporation le Collège biblique Catherine Booth de l'Armée du Salut , c. 101 des L.M. 1982-83-84 , et qu'il a été prorogé à

Section 1 is amended (

a) by striking out " College " and substituting "University College "; and (

b) by striking out " "the college" " and substituting ""the university college" ". 3
