B.C. Reg. 12/2012 , deposited January 26, 2012, pursuant to the HOTEL ROOM TAX ACT [section 43 (2) (

e) and (f)]. Order in Council 29/2012, approved and ordered January 26, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Additional Tax Regulation for the Regional District of East Kootenay, B.C. Reg. 324/2006, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The title of the Additional Tax Regulation for the Regional District of East Kootenay, B.C. Reg. 324/2006, is repealed and the following substituted:

HOTEL ROOM TAX REGULATION FOR THE REGIONAL DISTRICT OF EAST KOOTENAY .

Section 3 is amended by striking out " additional tax payable " and substituting " tax payable ".

Section 4 is amended by striking out " additional ".

Section 5 is amended by striking out " February 1, 2012 " and substituting " February 1, 2017 ".
