OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 11, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 41(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Fuel Safety Regulations made pursuant to
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Fire Prevention Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint William Moody of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Board, considered "necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Board", for a term of two (2) years, commencing May 1, 2002; and (
b) reimburse William Moody for actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties in relation to the Fuel Safety Board.
