CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Fire Prevention Act, 1954 [Assented to April 5, 1956] 1954, c.85,

section amended 1(1) Subsection (1) of

section of The Fire Prevention Act, 1954, is amended by striking out the following: “such sum as is determined by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, not exceeding” in the sixth, seventh and eighth lines and substituting the words “a sum equivalent to”. (2) Subsection (3) of the said
