B.C. Reg. 70/2020 , deposited March 30, 2020, under the HOME OWNER GRANT ACT [section 18 (2) and (3)]. Order in Council 150/2020, approved and ordered March 30, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2020,

section 8 of the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended by striking

out "$1 650 000" and substituting "$1 525 000".
