B.C. Reg. 22/2015 , deposited February 13, 2015, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated February 13, 2015.

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order as follows:

1 B.C. Reg. 22/2003 is repealed and B.C. Reg. 287/88 applies to the land, including foreshore and land covered by water, described in

section 1 of B.C. Reg. 22/2003 as that

section read immediately before this

section came into force.

(1) The mineral and placer mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 228/2005 over site 416159, MILL CREEK, is cancelled and the

Schedule to B.C. Reg. 228/2005 is amended by deleting the corresponding entry and sketch.

(2) B.C. Reg. 287/88 applies to the land, including foreshore and land covered by water, that, at the time immediately before this

section came into force, was within the area of the site referred to in subsection (1) and was not within any of the following areas:

(

a) the area described by

section 1 of B.C. Reg. 169/78 as that

section read at that time;

(

b) the area described by

section 1 of B.C. Reg. 10/90 as that

section read at that time;

(

c) the area identified in the registry as site 1003022, Woodfibre Creek, as the registry was at that time.

3 The Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule.

4 The Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral and Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.
