Order in Council 645/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council 645/2019 the Government of Ontario established the Ontario Provincial Police Independent Review Panel (“the Independent Review Panel”);

and

whereas the Government of Ontario considers it advisable to appoint the Members of the Independent Review Panel;

now therefore , pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint advisors to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, the following individuals are hereby appointed as the Independent Review Panel to serve at the pleasure of the Crown for a period not to extend beyond October 31, 2019:

Douglas Cunningham

Murray Segal

David Cooke

Ministry of the Solicitor General
