OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 8, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to direct that all affairs and matters relating to: (

a) the enforcement of commercial vehicle operations; and (

b) the development of road safety programs for drivers and vehicles which have heretofore been assigned to the Department of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, be assigned to the Department of Transportation and Public Works, effective on and after February 5, 2004.
