OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 5, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 84 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Allan Eddy as Associate Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Associate Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture made by Order in Council 2016-287.
