OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 22, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police "H" Division, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
