Order in Council 686/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Kirk Walstedt of Maidstone

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , for a fixed term effective May 8, 2018 to December 31, 2018.

And Pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Kirk Walstedt of Maidstone

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term effective May 8, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
