OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 21, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 1996-561, dated July 17, 1996, by adding immediately after clause (

d) the following clause: (

e) amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 81-1097G, dated August 28, \x09\x091981, as amended, respecting the retirement of senior public servants by adding "Dennis Kerr" to the special class of persons listed therein; (b)amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 81-1097G, dated August 28, 1981, as amended, respecting the retirement of senior public servants by adding "Alison Scott" to the special class of persons listed therein; and (c)amend Order in Council 2003-24, dated January 31, 2003, by adding immediately after clause (

d) the following clause: (

e) amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 81-1097G, dated August 28, 1981, as amended, respecting the retirement of senior public servants by adding "David Darrow" to the special class of persons listed therein.\x0c
