Chairman, this will be my only opening statement, I promise, but I want to again commend this effort to take this to the Labour Management Review Committee, and commend the Labour Management Review Committee on their efforts to come forward with this legislation in a concerted and co-operative effort. The Labour Board did. Mr. Edwards: In any event, and I repeat again my suggestion, and I understand it may be coming to fruition.

I certainly hope it does, that the Labour Management Review Committee be used more often in the future, that it be given perhaps some resources so that it can do its job more properly.
