OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated October 11, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Francis "Rocky" MacDougall of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of office of two years commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2003; (

b) appoint Glen Edwards of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of office of two years commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2003; (

c) appoint Wayne G. Reynolds of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of office of three years commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2004; and (

d) pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the said Act, appoint Hubert E. Earle of Upper Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Referee-in-Chief and Advisor to the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of two years commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2003.
