Order in Council 267/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008, as amended,

Dominique Giguère of Aylmer,

be reappointed as a member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of March 4, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
