Order in Council 31/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , O.C. 751/2021 dated June 3, 2021 reappointed James Lundrigan as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of three years effective the date the order in council was made;

And

whereas , O.C. 1496/2021 dated November 4, 2021 designated James Lundrigan as vice-chair of the board of trustees of Science North for a period not exceeding the earlier of June 2, 2024 or the date of revocation of O.C. 751/2021;

And

whereas , James Lundrigan is to be designated as chair of Science North for a period of three years

And

whereas , it is necessary to revoke O.C. 751/2021 for the sole purpose of ensuring the term of Mr. Lundrigan’s appointment as a trustee aligns with the term of his designation as chair;

Now therefore , pursuant to

section 4 of the Science North Act ,

O.C. 751/2021 reappointing James Lundrigan as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made

James Lundrigan of Hilton Beach be reappointed as a trustee and designated as chair of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
