and Trades Qualifications Act , R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 17, repealed and

replaced by the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act , S.N.S.

2003, c. 1, s. 31, effective on proclamation (N.S. Reg 128/2003, regulations continued under new Act).

The Crane Operator and Power Engineers Act (see

note #5) repealed and replaced by the Technical Safety Act , S.N.S.

2008, c. 10, s. 57, effective on proclamation (N.S. Reg. 8/2011).

Apr 1, 2011

N.S. Reg. 207/2019 confirms and continues the

designation of the elevating device mechanic trade, as designated by N.S. Reg.

37/2018 – Elevating Device Mechanic Trade Regulations (repealed and

replaced by N.S. Reg. 208/2019).
