Order in Council 1178/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 1(2) and 1(3) of the AgriCorp Act, 1996 , S.O. 1996, c. 17, Sch. A, as amended,

Maria Van Bommel of Strathroy, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of AgriCorp effective August 28, 2016 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
