OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry, dated September 27, 2019, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry:

a) issuing a warranty deed to convey Crown lands containing approximately 19.22 hectares (47.5 acres), located at Lower LaHave, Lunenburg County, as shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, or its successor or assign, for the amount of $2,666, plus HST (as applicable); and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
