Order in Council 457/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999,

Robert Poirier of Oakville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of April 24, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made.
