OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour Relations dated September 30, 2019, is pleased, pursuant to

Section 26 of

Schedule B to

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2018, the Public School Administrators Employment Relations Act , to amend the Public School Administrators Employment Relations Regulations N.S. Reg. 146/2018, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-209 dated July 31, 2018, by replacing the compensation grids in

Schedule Al and A2 of the regulations with a new schedule, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
