OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 14, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 33 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to direct that the Public Trustee convert into cash the property in the hands of the Public Trustee of the following persons in the amounts following their names and pay the same to the Minister of Finance and be credited by him to the Consolidated Fund of the Province: MacGillivary, David and Lowell $ 193.33 MacGillivary, John $ 69.69 Read, Minnie J. $ 99.66 Stewart, Donald J., Heirs of $4,685.95
