OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated January 30, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, as amended, is pleased to: (1) appoint Rolland Hayman of R.R.#1, Belmont, Colchester County, as a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of office of three years commencing March 1, 2002 and ending February 28, 2005; (2) reappoint Michael Scothorn of R.R.#1, Milford Station, Hants County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of office commencing April 1, 2002 and ending February 28, 2005; and (3) appoint Jeanne Cruikshank of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of office of three years commencing March 1, 2002 and ending February 28, 2005.
