Order in Council 1989/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Energy Board Act , 1998, A. Catherina Spoel , of Toronto, be reappointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years, effective from the 4 th day of February, 2017, to the 3 rd day of February, 2019.
