OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 1, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring by gift approximately 10.22 hectares (25.25 acres) of land located at Pleasant Valley, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 90115445 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Ducks Unlimited Canada, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, subject to the condition that Ducks Unlimited Canada, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; (

b) paying such legal, survey or other costs incurred with respect to the acquisition by gift of this land; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
