OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated July 22, 2002, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Peggy's Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Marcy Graves of Peggy's Cove, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission for a term of office of two years commencing August 1, 2002 and ending July 31, 2004; and (
b) authorize the payment of $35.00 per half day of attendance at meetings, plus reasonable expenses for members of the Commission.
