Loi sur le vérificateur général Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Auditor General Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by re- pealing the definition “auditable entity” and substitut- ing the following: 1 L’article de la

Loi sur le vérificateur général,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition d’« entité auditable » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “auditable entity” means « entité auditable » S’entend : (

a) a department,

a) d’un ministère; (

b) a public entity,

b) d’une entité publique; (

c) a trust fund,

c) d’un fonds fiduciaire; (

d) a service provider,

d) d’un fournisseur de services; (

e) a funding recipient,

e) d’un bénéficiaire de financement; (

f) Vestcor Corp. and any subsidiary corporation of Vestcor Corp., or

f) de la Société Vestcor et de toute filiale de la So- ciété Vestcor; (

g) any entity that is prescribed by regulation to be an auditable entity. (entité auditable)

Section of the Act is amended by adding after paragraph (

g) of the definition “audit- able entity” in

section 1; a.1) désigner une entité à
