Order in Council 1232/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1698/2008, dated October 8, 2008, Dr. Kari Lynn Sampsel was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Kari Lynn Sampsel has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 30, 2012;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1698/2008, dated October 8, 2008, appointing Dr. Kari Lynn Sampsel as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
