OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated September 29, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (
a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing 2.07 acres, more or less, situate at 8 Tower Lane, Lingan Road, Cape Breton County and more particularly described in
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) authorize the conveyance of the land to a purchaser for a purchase price $5,000.00 below appraised market value or higher; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
