Order in Council 433/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Winston Tinglin was reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of three years, effective October 22, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1503/2016;

And

whereas Winston Tinglin tendered his resignation effective February 21, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 1503/2016 be revoked effective February 21, 2019.
