Section 7 of
Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2000, the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act, is pleased to appoint Michael Kittilsen, Resource Stewardship Branch, Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture, Truro, Colchester County, as Secretary of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission, for a three year term commencing April 26, 2011.
