OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the of the President of the Executive Council dated May 22, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 29 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2011, the Elections Act , is pleased to order that an election be instituted in the Electoral District of Chéticamp–Margarees–Pleasant Bay, and is further pleased to fix the date of the writ of election as Sunday, May 24, 2026, and to fix the date of election day as Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
