OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 29, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased, effective December 18, 2001, to: (

a) reappoint Sharon R. Richard of R.R.#3 Truro, Colchester County, as an alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal (Nova Scotia) so that she shall have and shall exercise jurisdiction in relation to any appeal, matter or thing heard before her as an alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal (Nova Scotia) by virtue of her appointment by Order in Council 1998-668, from December 18, 2001 until such time that she completes and or renders a decision in respect of said appeal, matter or thing; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Sharon R. Richard at $100.00 for each day of attendance at hearings of the Labour Standards Tribunal as referred to in paragraph (a).
