OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 7, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(

d) and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Secunda Marine Services Ltd., of Dartmouth, Halifax County, by way of a guarantee facility to a chartered bank in such form as the Attorney General may approve, in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($23,500,000), on terms and conditions as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 7, 2003; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute the said guarantee facility and such other agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
