Order in Council 734/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant To subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Jeff Payne of Brampton

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Central West Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective May 27, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
