I, Katrine Conroy, Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, order that the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule
Section 8 of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended
by adding the following subsections:
(7.5) Section 2 does not apply to a person who uses or operates a motor vehicle or electric bicycle for a commercial purpose other than hunting in the area described in
section 74 of
Schedule 1 during the period July 1 to November 30 inclusive.
(7.6) Section 2 does not apply to a member of the Tŝilhqot'in Nation who uses or operates a motor vehicle or electric bicycle in the area described in
section 118 of
Schedule 1 in order to access Aboriginal title lands.
(7.7) Section 2 does not apply to a person who uses or operates a motor vehicle or electric bicycle in the area described in
section 118 of
Schedule 1 in order to access private property.
Section 74 of
Schedule 1 is amended by striking out " June 30 " and substituting " November 30 ".
3 The following
section is added to
Schedule 1:
Chilko River
118 During the period September 1 to October 31 inclusive, in that portion of M.U. 5-5
being the road outlined in orange on the attached Map No. 1-118/21.
