Order in Council 742/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ann Marie Yantz was appointed a member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(12) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 ,

Ann Marie Yantz be paid a per diem of $375 during the term of her appointment.

And further, Ann Marie Yantz be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
