Order in Council 1462/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Brian Chillman of Windsor be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of five years, effective January 15, 2021.
