OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 7, 2004, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Geri Luedey, while employed with the Dartmouth General Hospital, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-336 dated June 16, 1999; and (
b) appoint Geri Walsh of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Dartmouth General Hospital.
