OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit, dated April 6, 2021, and pursuant to

section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the following: (

a) the creation of a net debt obligation in respect of the purchase of building and lands at 5750 Atlantic Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia in the name of her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province; (

b) the allocation of funding in the amounts approved by Executive Council on April 8, 2021; (

c) the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit, to execute such documents and enter into such agreements as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
