OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Loran Rizkallah, made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-13 dated January 11, 2002, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and (
b) appoint Loran Choueiri of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
