Order in Council 769/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Jim Zotalis of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
