OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated December 11, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism and Culture to enter into an agreement wherein the Department would commit a sum not to exceed two million one hundred and seventy thousand dollars ($2,170,000.00) in Canadian funds to increase tourism in Nova Scotia.
