Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to amend the Payday Lenders Regulations, N.S. Reg. 248/2009, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-324 dated July 17, 2009, to implement recent recommendations of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 1, 2011.
