Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 82/2019 O10651443 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 18, 2022, (

a) the appointment of Kelly Anne Sather as a Senior Ministerial Assistant, made by Order in Council 82/2019, is rescinded, (

b) Kelly Anne Sather is appointed as Director, Ex ecutive Operations and Scheduling in the Office of the Premier, (

c) Kelly Anne Sather is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointees in “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Kelly Anne Sather. November 16, 2022 570
